This spicy sausage dip is great with tortilla chips or crackers. It's so thick and tasty, it could be a meal in itself!

Steps:

Place pork sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Drain sausage and stir in onions. Cook until slightly tender, about 2 minutes. Mix in diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. Stirring occasionally, allow the mixture to simmer approximately 15 minutes.
Blend cream cheese and sour cream into the sausage mixture. Season with crushed red pepper.

Steps:

Cook sausages as directed on package; drain well on paper towels.
Cut sausages into chunks.
Combine sauce ingredients.
Simmer sauce for 20 minutes.
Warm the sausage chunks.
Stick with toothpicks.

Steps:

In a food processor, mix beans, 1/4 cup sour cream, garlic, and salt. Pulse until smooth.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds. Add Jimmy Dean sausage and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until browned, stirring frequently to break up the sausage into small pieces, then drain. Move the sausage to a separate pot and set aside.
Add the black bean mixture to the Jimmy Dean sausage. Bring to medium heat and stir often until dip is hot, about 5 minutes.
Spoon the hot dip into a bowl and top with salsa, cheese, remaining sour cream, and cilantro.
Serve with chips or in a tortilla, and enjoy!

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in the refried beans, taco seasoning, hot pepper sauce, parsley, green onions, 1/2 the Cheddar cheese and 1/2 the Monterey Jack cheese. Transfer the mixture to an 8x12 inch baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned.
