Steps:
- Turn the Tmix on with blades set at speed 9. Drop whole garlic clove onto running blades through the hole in the lid. Scrape down.
- Add sesame seed and oil. Cook 3 minutes/100º/ speed 1.5.
- Add in all remaining ingredients EXCEPT salt. Mix 20 seconds slowly raising speed from 1 - 6. Scrape down.
- Taste, add salt as necessary. Mix 20 seconds/speed 5.
- Serve immediately, or chill.

HUMMUS
This creamy, rich hummus is made using just five ingredients and is ready in 10 minutes. Serve with crunchy seasonal veg or warm pitta breads

Steps:
- Thoroughly rinse the chickpeas in a colander under cold running water. Tip into the large bowl of a food processor along with 60ml of the oil and blitz until almost smooth. Add the garlic, lemon and tahini along with 30ml water. Blitz again for about 5 mins, or until the hummus is smooth and silky.
- Add 20ml more water, a little at a time, if it looks too thick. Season and transfer to a bowl. Swirl the top of the hummus with the back of a dessert spoon and drizzle over the remaining oil. Serve with crunchy crudités and toasted pitta bread, if you like.

- Drop the garlic onto spinning blades to pulverize. Scrape down and add olive oil. Cook 2 minutes/90℃/speed 2.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix 30 seconds/speed 6 or until mixture is a thick paste.
- Chill thoroughly before using.

- Place chickpeas, tahini, 3 tablespoons of the oil, lemon juice, cumin and cayenne in food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse on and off, then process until it looks smooth. Stop machine, scrape down the sides and pulse on and off then process some more until ultra-smooth, adding water if needed to make a thick but smooth purée.
- Taste and pulse in salt and pepper to taste. Do not underestimate the amount of salt and pepper that the hummus might need. Salt brings the flavors alive. Add more lemon juice, if you like. Scrape into a shallow bowl or onto a plate and use the back of a teaspoon to make an attractive swirl to hold extra Garlic-Infused Oil. Drizzle that oil on top! Sprinkle with paprika and add a bit of parsley, if desired. Hummus is ready to serve with your choice of low FODMAP vegetables (we are partial to carrots, cucumbers and radishes), or even low FODMAP crackers, pita bread or pretzels. Hummus may be refrigerated for up to 3 days; bring back to room temperature before serving.
