- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

IMPOSSIBLE TURKEY PIE
I got this recipe years ago from a lady that lived across the street from me in California. It's a great easy left over Turkey dish that is pure comfort food. After the holidays it's nice to throw this together fast with a green salad and than sit back and relax.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 400* Spray 10 inch pie plate with non stick cooking spray.
- 2. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate.
- 3. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high speed until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
- 4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

- 1. Heat oven to 400^. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in the pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high for 1 minute or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. --- Note: If I have any dressing left on Thanksgiving I will mix 1 1/2 cup of it with the turkey and omit the above celery and onion and seasonings. This is usually better prepared this way.

- Heat oven to 450°F. Grease cookie sheet. Stir Bisquick, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Press dough into 12x8-inch rectangle on cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix turkey, onions, bacon and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Spoon over crust to within 1/4 inch of edges. Sprinkle with tomato and cheese. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8-inch pie dish with 1 pastry crust; set the other crust aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the turkey, cream of chicken soup, seasoned salt and pepper, Cheddar cheese, and mixed vegetables. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish. Top the pie with the remaining pie crust, then pinch and fold the edges of the crusts together to seal. Cut a slit into the top of the pie crust with a sharp knife to vent the steam.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling, about 40 minutes.

- Spread turkey in pie plate; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Separate stuffing into small pieces; arrange on turkey. top with onions and peas.
