I know there are a lot of these dips, this is from my brother Jamie and I haven't found one to beat it. I make it to share with neighbors in the summer and it is gobbled up.

- Cream together mayonnaise and cream cheese.
- Stir in well drained spinach and artichokes.
- Fold in cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
- Serve with nachos.
THE BEST SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
This is our best version of the classic party dip. It's savory and creamy with a slight tang from sour cream and Parmesan -- so hard to resist. We like to use frozen whole leaf spinach and chop it ourselves for more control over the finished texture of the dish.

- Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Put the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic in a large bowl. Mix vigorously until combined and smooth. (If you prefer, you can use a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.) Add the spinach to the cream cheese mixture, breaking it up as you add it. Add the artichokes, mozzarella and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, mixing to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.
- Bake until the dip begins to bubble, 20 to 25 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and continue to cook, keeping an eye on it so it doesn't burn, until the top is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, chips or toasted bread.
AWESOME SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
Everyone who has tasted this has said it is one of the best spinach artichoke dips they have ever had. It does not skimp on the calories, fat, or flavor. This recipe makes a large pan that will serve a gathering of people, but don't expect to have much left over. It can be eaten cold, but it is best served warm, with tortilla chips, or spread on bagels.

- Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Thaw and drain the frozen spinach. Squeeze out the excess water from the spinach. Drain the artichoke hearts and pulse them lightly in a food processor, or chop them by hand. Mix spinach and artichokes with mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, and tabasco sauce. Mix in kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
- Mixture will be thick. Spread into 9x13 glass baking dish, and bake for 45 minutes, or until top starts to brown. Remove from oven. Allow dip to cool slightly before eating.
- Enjoy!

This is a warm delicious dip...but it's very rich! Serve warm with tortilla chips. Garnish with extra sour cream and salsa if you like.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a blender or food processor, place artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic . Pulse until chopped, but not ground. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, heavy cream, sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Stir in artichoke mixture. Spoon into prepared baking dish.

This recipe is mayonnaise-free, fresh, and delicious. I've taken it as an appetizer to every party and it is the first thing gone, and everyone raves.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a deep fry pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add cream cheese and garlic, stir 3-4 minutes or until the cream cheese melts.
- Add artichokes, sour cream, and 1 1/2 cup of mozzarella (save 1/2 cup for the topping).
- Fold in spinach approximately 1 cup at a time and let the spinach reduce (this takes patience -- but it's worth it!).
- Optional for heat: mix in jalepenos (1-3 tblsp chopped, canned or fresh) and/or crushed red pepper flakes (1 tsp).
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
- Let cool 5 minutes, serve with pita chips for dipping or as a spread.

CHEF JOHN'S HOT SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
I've always enjoyed hot spinach artichoke dip, but it always struck me as a little oily. I decided to try a mayo-less version, and then raised the stakes even higher by excluding the sour cream as well. To counter this, a bit more cheese was added, and the results were amazing. A rich, creamy, cheesy, not greasy dip.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; stir in onions and pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Stir garlic into onions and remove from heat.
- Mix green onion mixture, spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Gruyere, Parmigiano-Reggiano, hot sauce, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined.

JOYFULABODE'S SUPER-CREAMY SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
This recipe is very slightly modified from JoyfulAbode.com, one of my favorite blogs (Emily, if you see this, I hope you don't mind - I just want to make it easier to find!). The chili powder is the thing that makes this so much better than any other dip - don't be skimpy, the other creamy ingredients balance it out so it's not spicy.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Soften cream cheese.
- Chop spinach and artichokes if not already chopped.
- In a baking dish, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach, artichokes, and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella.
- Season with garlic powder, seasoned salt, and chili powder to taste - the amounts above are estimates.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake until heated through, about 30 minutes.
- Broil for a minute or so to brown the cheese.
- Serve with raw veggies, crackers, tortilla chips, etc.
