Jell O Berry Blue Bathtub Cups Recipes
JELL-O BEACH DESSERT
Shimmering blue gelatin is layered with cream cheese and whipped topping in a vanilla wafer crust, then decorated to resemble a sandy beach.

Steps:
- Combine 2 cups wafer crumbs and butter in 13x9-inch dish; press onto bottom of dish. Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in separate medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 2 cups; stir into gelatin until ice is melted. Refrigerate 5 min. or until gelatin is slightly thickened. Spoon over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Just before serving, spread remaining COOL WHIP over dessert. Sprinkle with wafer crumbs and sprinkles to resemble sand and water. Add decorations as desired to resemble photo.

- Stir 1 cup boiling water into each flavor dry gelatin in separate large bowls 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup cold water into gelatin in each bowl.
- Pour each gelatin flavor into separate 8-inch square pans.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cut gelatin in each pan into 1/2-inch cubes. Layer alternating flavors of gelatin cubes and the whipped topping in 10 dessert glasses. Store in refrigerator.

- Pour into 4 glasses or dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with MALLOW Bits before serving.
