STRAWBERRY JELLO FLUFF DESSERT
This is perfect with strawberry season coming up. Who can resist something that tastes like strawberry shortcake without the fuss?

Steps:
- In large mixing bowl, add jello powder to cottage cheese and mix well, scraping bottom and sides of bowl, until THOROUGHLY blended.
- Gently stir in sliced strawberries.
- Fold in thawed Cool Whip to blend, and transfer to serving dish.
- Top with chopped pecans, cover, and refrigerate at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).

I have lost this recipe many times so I'm putting it here for safekeeping! I love this dessert made with simple ingredients. I like to take this to family reunions or to have as a light dessert.

Steps:
- Mix crust ingredients and press onto bottom and slightly up the sides of a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
- Mix Jello, water, and sugar together. Chill until thick but not stiff. Whip the evaporated milk to the consistency of whipped cream. Fold into the Jello mixture. Pour into the graham crust and chill until firm. Garnish with extra graham crumbs.

A taste from my childhood. My mom used to make this, no recipe available. I played with it until I got it to taste right. A light, good for you dish, is great for dessert especially in the summer.

Steps:
- Mix cottage cheese and dry jello mix until cottage cheese is thoroughly colored by jello.
- Add pineapple and mix well.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Refrigerate 4-6 hours.
STRAWBERRY JELLO FLUFF SALAD RECIPE
Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together pudding mix, Jello mix, and water. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Remove saucepan from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until mixture has thickened (overnight or for about 4-6 hours).
- Once mixture has thickened, beat until creamy with an electric hand mixer.
- Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and fruit. Chill for about an hour before serving.
