CINNABON CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

Steps:
- 1. With an electric mixer or stand-up mixer, mix 3 cups of flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined well, slowly stir in 4 T melted butter. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the 2 sticks of softened butter, brown sugar, 2 T flour, cinnamon, and nuts until well combined. Drop evenly over cake batter by the tablespoon and use a knife to marble/swirl through the cake.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out nearly clean from center. Place powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 Spray a 9x13 pan with bakers joy
- 2. Begin by beating all of the cake ingredients together except the melted butter. Slowly add melted butter last. when blended well pour in prepared pan
- 3. Mix all of the topping ingredients together with a beater. it was cold when i did this so i threw my butter in the microwave for 10seconds and it worked well.
- 4. With a tablespoon drop the topping in small mounds all over the cake. With a butter knife swirl this mixture or marble. Careful not to scrape the bottom of the pan. You want to marbled well.
- 5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 -35 min
- 6. Remove from the oven Mix the glaze together getting the consistency you desire Pour glaze over slightly warm cake. I allowed my cake to cool for about 30min

- 1. Mix together the cake mix (, the pudding, sour cream, oil and eggs. Add 3/4 cup of chopped nuts. In small bowl, combine 1/4 c sugar and 1 Tbsp cinnamon. Fold into cake batter; avoid overmixing. Mixture will be thick.
- 2. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and cinnamon.
- 3. Put 1/2 of the cake mixture into a bundt pan. On top of the cake batter, sprinkle the brown sugar mixture.
- 4. Put remaining cake batter in the bundt pan on top of the brown sugar.
- 5. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
- 6. Let cool in pan for short time (about 10 minutes) and then invert onto serving platter. (I tend to make sure the cake is loosened from the sides of the pan using a soft spatula before doing "the flip.")
- 7. Take about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of cream cheese frosting from container and put into microwave safe bowl. Heat for about 30 -45 seconds, or until the frosting is melted.
- 8. Drizzle melted frosting over the cake.
- 9. NOTE: You may use the Decadent Supreme Cinnamon Cake Mix that is now available and eliminate the yellow cake mix and the cinnamon-sugar add-in to the batter. I adjusted this recipe to use a yellow cake mix because the Decadent Supreme mixes are not easily found in all grocery store locations.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray with flour. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- 3. Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture. Mix well; this batter will be thick.
- 4. Mix in vanilla.
- 5. Spread this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Mix together the topping, 1 1/2 sticks of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
- 7. Drop spoonfuls of the topping on the cake.
- 8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Check on it near the end to make sure the oven temps are the same. A toothpick inserted should come out of the cake part mostly clean.
- 9. When it comes out of the oven, mix the topping ingredients.
- 10. Drizzle topping over warm cake. Let sit for a few minutes to soak it in.

- For the cake: In a large bowl, combine all of the cake batter ingredients except for the melted butter. Slowly add in the melted butter until fully combined. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan. Set aside.
