Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of 9 or 10 inch springform pan. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Spread batter in greased pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until center is set. Cool 30 minutes. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen; remove sides of pan. Cool completely.
  • Place thawed raspberries in syrup in blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade. Cover; blend or process until pureed. Stain to remove seeds. In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add raspberry puree; mix well. Bring to a boil; cook until mixture is clear, stirring constantly. Cool 5 minutes. Spread over brownie layer to within 1/2 inch of edges. Arrange 1 cup of fresh raspberries evenly over raspberry mixture; refrigerate.
  • In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and creme de cacao; beat until smooth. Add melted vanilla chips; beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Cover; refrigerate 45 minutes.
  • Stir topping mixture until smooth. Spread 1 1/2 cups of the topping over raspberries. Pipe or spoon on remaining topping.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Sprinkle grated chocolate in 1 inch border around outside edge of torte. Garnish center with 3 whole raspberries and 3 mint leaves. Store in refrigerator.

1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

No Bake Chocolate Chip Kahlua Torte image

Steps:

  • Combine kahlua & milk.
  • Prepare Dream Whip according to directions on package. (For real decadence you can substitute an equal amount of whipped cream).
  • Using a springform pan, 1 at a time quickly dunk chocolate chip cookie into kahlua & milk & line springform all around perimeter with dipped cookies, then line bottom of springform with dipped cookies, filling in gaps on bottom as much as possible with broken dipped cookies.
  • Layer whipped cream on top of cookies, cover whipped cream with another layer of kahula & milk cookies, then more cream, another layer of cookies & final layer of cream.
  • Allow 6 hours to set up & shave chocolate over torte before serving.

1/4 cup Kahlua

3 packets Dream Whip (or Cool Whip)

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, heat Kahlua over medium heat until bubbles form around edge.
  • In blender combine hot Kahlua and chocolate pieces.
  • Process until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, egg yolks and butter and process until smooth.
  • Transfer to bowl, cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until spreading consistency.
  • Holding long, serrated knife parallel to working surface, slice cake into seven layers.
  • place first layer on serving plate or tray and spread with chocolate mixture to form frosting layer about 3/8- inch thick.
  • Add second layer of cake and continue to frost until all cake layers are used.
  • Spread remaining frosting over top and sides of cake.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve, up to 24 hours ahead.

Mocha Kahlua Ice Cream Torte with Hot Fudge Sauce image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Press crust mixture onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan with 2 3/4 inches high on the sides. Bake crust until firm, about 8 minutes. Transfer pan to rack and cool crust completely.
  • Mix ice cream, kahlua in large bowl. Mix in heath bars, saving several tablespoons for garnish. Pour ice cream into crust, smooth top, freeze until firm, about four hours. Can be prepared 2 days ahead covered.
  • Using small knife cut around side of pan to loosen torte. Remove pan sides, sprinkle saved crushed heath bar on top. Let torte stand 3 to 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with hot fudge sauce.
  • Combine chopped dark chocolate with butter, sugar, heavy cream, and hot water. Melt mixture stirring, at low heat for five minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt and serve warm.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with cooking spray; dust with flour.
  • Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs, coffee-flavored liqueur, oil, pudding mix, orange zest, and cinnamon in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until very smooth, about 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared tube pan.

Easy Kahlua Torte image

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, heat Kahlua over medium heat until mixture starts to have bubbles around the edge, but not boiling.
  • Place Kahlua in a blender with chocolate morsels and process until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth (if you find it is too thick, and your morsels are not melting, remove a little and set it in pan to melt somewhat and get warm, then mix that back in, but do not scorch it!).
  • Add powdered sugar, egg yolks, and butter, and mix until smooth.
  • Place mixture in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate 1 hour or until it becomes thick enough to spread.
  • Holding your serrated bread knife parallel to the countertop, slice the pound cake into 6 thin layers (best to do 1 layer at a time, making a little marking with a toothpick so you know where to cut).
  • Lay the first layer on a cake plate and top with enough frosting to form a frosting layer about 3/8-inch thick (optional: before putting on frosting you may also add a little Kahlua to the cake- spoon it on lightly, then proceed to frost; be careful though, as you have 6 layers!!!).
  • Then cut the second layer and place it on top of the icing and proceed as with the first, etc.
  • ,finally finishing with the top, and icing the torte all around.
  • Refrigerate the torte at least 1 hour before serving (this helps it hold when being cut into).

  • Preheat oven to 350 °. Wrap a 9-inch springform pan with a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Set aside.
  • Place all chocolate in large bowl. Melt sugar and butter together in the microwave. Whisk together till sugar starts to lose its graininess, zapping in the microwave again briefly if needed to help dissolve the sugar. Add to chocolate; whisk until smooth. Add Kahlua, then cool slightly. Whisk in eggs beaten eggs.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Put cake pan in roasting pan. Pour enough hot water into roasting pan to come halfway up sides of springform pan. Bake for about an hour, until center of cake, is set. A few moist crumbs may remain on toothpick after inserting it into the center of the cake. Remove pan from water. Unwrap foil and let cool on a rack till reaches room temperature. Chill cake overnight.
  • Run a straight knife around pan sides to loosen cake. Release from sides of spring-form pan and place on serving plate. If you'd like, you can use a large spatula to remove cake from bottom of springform pan.
