Kerrys Delight Recipes

Steps:

• Mix margarine and sugar until fluffy.
• Stir in Karo syrup and egg yolks; mix well.
• Mix in flour.
• Chill.
• Roll into 1 inch balls.
• Dip into slightly beaten egg whites and roll in chopped nuts.
• Place on greased cookie sheets.
• Press candied cherry halves into centers.
• Bake in 325 degree F oven for 20 minutes.

Steps:

• Melt butter, pour into a 9 x 13 dish – add graham cracker crumbs.
• Press in bottom of 9 x 13 forming a crust.
• Bake 350 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
• Let cool.
• Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
• Pour on top of cooled cracker crust – smooth out.
• Pour cans of cherries on top of the cream cheese mixture – then top the cherries with cool whip.

Steps:

• 1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Cook ground beef, green pepper and garlic until beef is browned. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in noodles. In a Lg. bowl Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese. Add sour cream and green onion.
• 2. Layer half noodle mixture into greased 13x 9x 2 inch baking dish. next layer (on top of noodle mixture) with cottage cheese mixture and then put the remaining noodle mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake. uncovered in a 350 oven for 30 -35 mins. or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
