Steps:

• Mix all ingredients well. Form dough into 1" balls and put 2" apart on UNgreased cookie sheet. Bake a 350 for 9 min, or until edges are slightly golden. Cool on pan 1 min, then remove to wire racks. Drizzle glaze over cookies

• Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.

• While lemon cookies are cooling, mix together the powdered sugar & lemon juice in a small bowl, add more powdered sugar for a stiffer glaze. Lightly brush or drizzle glaze onto warm cookies on the cooling rack.
