Steps:

• Rub the rim of 4 rocks glasses with lime; dip in coarse salt. Fill three-quarters of the way with ice. Combine 1 cup tequila, 2/3 cup fresh lime juice, 1/3 cup orange-flavored liqueur and 2 teaspoons superfine sugar in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour into the glasses. Garnish with lime.

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, Simple Syrup and orange liqueur. Cover and shake until mixed and chilled, about 30 seconds. (In general, the drink is ready by the time the shaker mists up.) Place Lime-salt-sugar on a plate. Press the rim of a chilled rocks or wine glass into the mixture to rim the edge. Strain margarita into the glass.
• Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. (Alternatively, heat in the microwave.) Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
• Blend together lime, salt and sugar in a small blender or mini food chopper.

Steps:

• Put a little salt on a saucer, then wipe the rim of your martini glass with lime juice. Turn the glass upside down in the salt and twist to coat.
• Stir the ingredients and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with a slice of lime.

Steps:

• Marinate the fish in enough Margarita Mix to just cover the fish for 30 minutes, turning once. Do not leave longer than 1 hour.
• Preheat oven to 400*. Melt the butter in the baking dish in the oven. Add lemon juice. Stir and add the fish. Cover with diced onions, salt and pepper and basil. Bake for about 30 minutes and turn. Season other side with salt, pepper, and basil. Cook until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle fish with paprika and set under the broiler for 2 minutes. Transfer to serving plate and spoon the sauce over the fish. Garnish with fresh parsely and lemon wedges. Enjoy!

• Place ingredients in blender and blend well.
• For an authentic Magarita, mix three parts mix, 1 part tequila and 1/2 part Cointreau or Triple Sec and serve in a glass with salted rim. (To salt the rim, wipe rim of glass with lime skin and dip upside down in a plate of salt.
• To make bartenders simple syrup, used in bars since it won't cloud or settle in your drink, take 1 cup water, 2 cups sugar and simmer or Nuke (microwave) until the sugar is dissolved, cool to room temperature Keep on hand.
