- Praline and Cream. Praline and Cream — it's the one that got away, the one that people slept on. If you didn't try this flavor before it was discontinued, you missed out big time.
- Oreo. Oreos are Milk's (probably America's) favorite cookie, and Oreo McFlurries are many people's favorite flavor. This McFlurry flavor is essentially an upgraded version of Cookies and Cream ice cream, since not only is the vanilla base infused with these sandwich cookies, it's sprinkled with a generous crumble, so you won't be lacking on the Oreo flavor.
- Twix. It is a known fact that Twix is one of the best cheap chocolates that money can buy. Blend it into a McFlurry and you've got a treat with all the basic essentials: a thick consistency, sauce, and nice little bits to dig around for.
