Mini Crescent Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll Ups Recipes
BACON-CHEDDAR-RANCH PINWHEELS
We took one of our favorite dips and transformed it into a roll-up appetizer that's full of flavor.

Steps:
- In large bowl, beat all ingredients except tortillas with electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed.
- Divide mixture evenly among tortillas, spreading evenly.
- Tightly roll up tortillas.
- Cut into 1/2-inch slices, and serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain., Meanwhile, flatten chicken to 1/8-in. thickness. Spread cream cheese down the center of each chicken breast; top with onion. Roll up from a long side; tuck ends in. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap two bacon strips around each piece of chicken; secure with toothpicks., Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until a thermometer reads 165°, 35-40 minutes. Discard toothpicks.

- In large microwavable bowl, mix cream cheese spread, milk and ranch seasoning mix. Microwave uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds or until heated slightly. Beat with whisk until smooth. Stir in chicken, cheese, bacon and 1/4 cup of the green onions.
- Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 16 triangles. On cookie sheet, arrange triangles in ring so short sides of triangles form a 5-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap. Dough ring should look like a sun.
- Spoon chicken mixture on half of each triangle closest to center of ring. Bring each dough triangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little). In small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush on top of dough.
