Mini Samoa Bundt Cakes Recipes
MINI SAMOA® BUNDT® CAKES
These mini Samoa® Bundt® cakes taste just like the Girl Scout cookies of the same name!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 12-well mini fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with cooking spray.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, water, butter, sour cream, sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Blend together using an electric mixer on medium speed, about 3 minutes. Fill each well 2/3-full of batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cakes spring back when touched, 14 to 17 minutes.
- Pour caramel sauce into a small microwave-safe bowl. Warm in the microwave until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Dip the top of each cake in the sauce and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
- Place hot fudge sauce in another microwave-safe bowl and warm until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Drizzle over the cakes.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for a dark or nonstick pan). Grease and flour bottom and sides of 2 6-cup mini Bundt pans; set aside. Gather the rest of your ingredients.
- In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared Bundt pan cups. Bake cakes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove cakes from oven; cool 10 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack. Using the back of a spoon, poke a few holes in the top of each cake, being careful not to poke all the way through the bottom. Carefully pour about a teaspoon of caramel sauce over the top of each cake; let cakes cool completely and caramel soak in.
