MOM'S FRESH CRANBERRY-PUMPKIN BREAD
Many years ago, I was putting together my first cookbook of memorable recipes. This one was from my mom and remains one of my all-time favorites! Freezes well. Delicious warm or cooled.

MOMS FRESH CRANBERRY
I put this together for my mom who's health was failing during thanksgiving a few years back. She was hospitalized and food had become quite bland to her. I mixed this together and took it to the hospital for her..i know she enjoyed it as it was one thing she did eat. She hasbeen gone for a few years now but i continue making this in her honor and i love it too! Enjoy!

Steps:
- You can add or delete fresh fruit to taste or what you have on hand. Also you can add or subtract the amount of honey to taste. Mom and i liked it tart...
- rinse all fruit. In a bowl i start chopping the cranberries with one of those electric hand held blender/ chopper gizmo's. Then i add the oranges peeled and broken apart in pieces and chop/blend them in.. I then add the brown sugar and chop/ blend it in. Add honey and c/b in. Add the apples and c/b...add pears, pineapple and whatever other fruit you want to include..taste to check sweetness or tartness. Refrigerate overnite for flavors to mesh.
- i have added blueberries, raspberries at times. I have also added walnuts. It is a fresh, pick me up type fresh relish...every arrangement of fruit i've mixed up was enjoyed by my mother. The main four ingredients to get you started shouldbe fresh cranberries, oranges, honey and brown sugar...anything you add to that blends in. Enjoy!
