Steps:

  • Heat oven to 250°F.
  • In ungreased large roasting pan, melt butter in oven. Stir in seasonings. Stir in cereal and almonds until evenly coated.
  • Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in dried fruits and ginger. Drizzle with honey. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels and nuts. In a small saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. , Spread into 2 greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Stir; bake 6 minutes longer. Transfer to waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Cool completely. Store in airtight containers.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Melt the butter in a large roasting pan in the hot oven, then stir in the seasonings.
  • Stir in the dry cereals and nuts until it's all evenly coated.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Stir in the sesame seeds, dried fruits, and ginger.
  • Drizzle with honey and stir well; let cool.
