MUSTARD DIP
Some like it hot-but others prefer a mustard that's mildly sweet. This easy-to-make food gift can be fixed either way. It really keeps its "zip" in the refrigerator.

VERSATILE MUSTARD DIP/SANDWICH SPREAD
This is such a versatile dip! It goes wonderfully as a dip for most any kind of appetizer: vegetables, chips, breadsticks. One of my favorite ways to use this is as a dip for Recipe #46078. It's also great to keep on hand to use as a quick and delicious sandwich spread... You won't believe how good it is on a ham and cheese sandwich or your favorite sub!

Quick dip that is full of flavor--tangy, sweet, and a bit spicy. I especially love it with pretzels, but it is actually quite versatile and it also good as a sauce on pork or chicken. The recipe was published in a local newspaper several years ago.

HORSERADISH MUSTARD DIP
A tongue-tingling blend of zesty flavors comes together in Shirley Glaab's versatile vegetable dip. "This is also great on ham, turkey or roast beef sandwiches," she suggests from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, "I stir a little into my potato salad, egg salad and tuna salad, too." To suit more timid tastes, cut the horseradish back to 2 teaspoons.

CREAMY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE FOR SHELLFISH
Stone crab claws are traditionally served with a creamy mustard sauce in Florida, but you'll be surprised how tasty steamed shrimp are with this sauce, as well. So forget about that ketchup-horseradish sauce one typically eats with shrimp, and try a new dipping sauce.
