Steps:

• Blend cake mix, butter and eggs. Mix in nuts. Then spread batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Mix all ingredients for icing together. Then pour icing on top of the cake batter. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

• Mix together cake mix, eggs and butter until well combined.
• Pat into greased 9x13 baking pan.
• Combine powdered sugar, eggs, and cream cheese with electric mixer, and mix well.
• Pour evenly over cake mixture.
• Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
• Serve warm, with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (chocolate is just TOO chocolaty!).

• 1. Mix cake mix, melted butter, 2 eggs and chopped pecans. Put into a greased floured 13x9 inch cake pan.

• Pat into a 9x13 inch greased pan.
• Top Layer: Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract with and electric mixer. Slowly beat in the powdered sugar.
• Pour the mixture over the bottom layer.
• Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Top layer should be flakey and a light golden brown. Allow to cool. Cut into squares.

Steps:

• Combine cake mix, butter and 2 of the eggs.
• Press into a 9x13x2-inch pan (greased).
• Combine cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs and powdered sugar.
• Mix well and spread over top of first mixture (but do not mix the two together).
• Bake at 350° until lightly browned (about 35 minutes).
