Steps:
- Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a large mug. Add milk and oil; mix batter well with a fork or a small whisk. Carefully fold in blueberries so they are completely covered with batter.
- Microwave on high until cake has risen by 50%, 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on strength of your microwave. Allow to cool in the mug for a few minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.

This recipe is something I came up with as a quick fix to my sweet tooth one lazy weekend afternoon. So yummy and quick!

Steps:
- Take a coffee mug and add the flour, splenda, brown sugar and baking powder. Mix the ingredients together.
- Add the milk and stir. Continue adding more milk and stirring until it looks like cake batter.
- Add a handful of blueberries and stir them inches.
- Place mug in the microwave.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave's wattage. I sometimes microwave for 1.5 minutes and cake comes out with a nice sauce.
- Enjoy!

- Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottoms of 4 microwaveable 8-oz. mugs sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla in medium bowl until blended. Add egg; mix well. Gently stir in blueberries; pour over crusts. Cover each with small square of waxed paper sprayed with cooking spray, sprayed side down.

Food.com wasn't letting me import this recipe. This is my spin on the original. *** REMINDER the best mug cookies are recipes that have eggs in it! So don't expect heaven in a mug. BUT if you ever find yourself craving this but are out of eggs then this is your recipe! Place butter and milk in a coffee cup or mug. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt the butter and warm the milk. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract then mix in flour, chocolate chips and pinch of salt. Microwave for about 1 minute on HIGH. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. This is the BEST thing ever. I'm always craving something sweet and baking a full sheet of cookies and/or a cake is too much. This is my favorite recipe because it has no egg! It's also pretty moist which I personally like but if it is too gooey try adding a few seconds until you find what works best for you! I use large oversized mugs so I can add a scoop of Buttercrunch Blue Bell Ice Cream.. Yummmm!
