INA GARTEN'S OLD-FASHIONED SALAD
This is a simple, easy to prepare potato salad from Ina's book: "The Barefoot Contessa at Home". It's easy to make because you don't have to peel the potatoes; and it's the one she made for the 18 years that she owned the Barefoot Contessa Store.

NOSTALGIA APPLE SALAD
Last night I was thinking of the apple salad my grandmother used to make which I loved when I was young - looked high and low for a similar recipe and couldn't find it, so I came up with this version which is similiar but not exactly grandma's recipe.
