WW OATMEAL/CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
A modification on Recipe #195479 -- which I THOUGHT was Weight Watchers, turns out the Ww stands for "whole wheat". They are delicious the other way, but this way they kill two birds with one stone -- Weight Watchers AND my chocolate fix!

GLUTEN-FREE CHOC CHIP OATMEAL MUFFINS
I took the original recipe found on this site and changed it up to be gluten-free and lower in sugar/fats. These muffins were highly praised, thinking these were too good to be gluten-free! I prefer to cut the fats and sugars in half by using applesauce and agave nectar.

MOLASSES OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
These are a great sweet muffin without being cloyingly sweet. My kids love muffins and we eat them a lot. Most of the time I put fruits or veggies in them, but this is the one I created for a sweet treat. The molasses gives it a nice darker color.
