Steps:
- Crumble the Oreos in a food processor into small chunks. Reserve 1 cup; Set aside.
- Spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip into the bottom of large wide-bottomed bowl. (Clear works best, but really, this can be adapted to fit whatever you have on hand.).
- Spread 1/2 of the remaining Oreo chunks over the Cool Whip.
- Slice 1-1/2 bananas over the Oreos.
- Repeat the Cool Whip, Oreo chunks, and banana slice layers.
- Spread remaining 1/3 of the Cool Whip over the top.
- Garnish with Oreo crumbs that you set aside in the first step.
- Chill for 2 hours.

I came across this recipe, while searching my folder for kids recipes to hand over to my son's friend. I remember making this on a regular basis when my son was little, and I think I has every kid over at my house when I made these, everyone just loved them. The great thing about these, is you can be very creative with different candies or nuts or both, you can make lots of these and have them ready in a covered container in the freezer, just ready to enjoy. A wonderful treat for any season--actually, grownups enjoy these too.

Steps:
- Carefully insert one popsicle stick into the end of each cut banana; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix chopped cookies and candy sprinkles; set aside.
- Carefully spread each banana with peanut butter; roll in cookie mixture to coat.
- Put bananas on a cookie sheet; place in freezer until firm.
- If storing in the freezer for more than 8 hours, place the bananas in a covered container.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

- Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill crust for 30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan add milk, heavy cream, egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat while whisking constantly. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and butter.
- Put half of the bananas in the bottom of the chilled crust and top with half of the pudding. Repeat with remaining bananas and pudding. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
