Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and potatoes into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning. Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.

RIDICULOUSLY EASY OVEN POTATO WEDGES
I was scrambling to make something to go with an "interestingly" spiced roast that my mum made, and came up with this combination of spices for potatoes You don't really need to cut the potatoes into wedges or any particlar shape, I never do. just make sure the lumps are around the same size

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Dice, cube or chop the peeled potatoes into whatever shape you feel like making them.
- Rinse then thoroughly in cold water, drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add oil and toss the potatoes around so they are evenly coated.
- Add all of the spices and the cheese and toss so they are evenly coated.
- Place on a baking pan in one layer (preferably lined) and bake for around 30-40 minutes, depending on person preference of potato texture.
- Suggestions! It's really really handy to line the pan before you bake them, or else you will have a sticky baked on mess on your pans that takes an awful lot of elbow grease to get rid of. You could add lemon juice to the potatoes to give them an extra fresh taste.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with the olive oil.
- Brush potato wedges with butter, and roll in bread crumbs. Place wedges on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn wedges; cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.

BAKED POTATO WEDGES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Scrub the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half in thirds lengthwise. You'll have 6 long wedges from each potato. Place the potatoes on a sheet pan with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary. With clean hands, toss all the ingredients together, making sure the potatoes are covered with oil. Spread the potatoes in a single layer with 1 cut-side down.
- Bake the potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes, turning to the other cut side after 20 minutes. Bake until they are lightly browned, crisp outside, and tender inside. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
ROASTED POTATO WEDGES

- Place a rimmed sheet tray into the oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Slice each potato into 6 wedges. Add the potato wedges to a pot of cold salted water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the potatoes are barely tender, but a knife can be pushed through with just a slight resistance, about 6 minutes. Drain potatoes and add to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and toss with BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully remove the hot sheet tray from the oven and quickly add the seasoned potatoes to them. You want the pan to stay as hot as possible. This will help to crisp up the potatoes while they roast. Place the sheet pan back into the oven and roast until golden and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping 1/2 way through the cooking time.
- Remove from the oven and toss with fresh herbs.

- Part boil potatoes for 20 minutes and let them cool. (You can do this step 1-2 days in advance and refrigerate them). Cut into wedges.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder and sprinkle over potatoes. Sprinkle with olive oil making sure each wedge is evenly coated with spices and oil.
- Preheat oven to 430°F.
- Line baking sheets with aluminum foil (or parchment paper) and place potatoes on sheets.
- Bake on 430 F for around 40 minutes or until golden, turning potato wedges once.
- Serve with parsley and parmesan cheese on top and a side of ketchup.

OVEN-BAKED POTATO WEDGES IN UNDER 30 MINUTES

- Directions: Adjust the rack of your oven to the lower middle level. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line large baking sheets with aluminum foil and set aside. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, crushed dried rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika, and whisk with a fork until mixed. Using a large knife, cut the washed scrubbed potatoes in half length-wise. Place the flat sides of the potatoes on the cutting board. To cut the first potato wedge, cut on a 36 degree angle, lengthwise, from the outside of the potato to the center line where the knife hits the cutting board. Cut the next wedge, and continue until you can cut about 5 wedges from each potato half. Add potato wedges into large bowl with oil and herbs. Toss potato wedges with your hands until thoroughly coated with oil and seasonings. Lay the potato wedges on large baking sheets lined with foil, placing the cut side down. Place baking sheets in oven, and bake for about 25 minutes, or until tender and lightly golden brown. To test doneness, use a small paring knife or other thin knife and insert into potato wedge; knife should slide in and out easily.
