Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven 400 F. If using a potato, apple peeler: It will peel core and slice potatoes to make long spirals Slice "cores" into 1/4 inch rounds.
- 2. Place in a shallow 2qt. baking dish, or a baking pan. Melt butter with garlic.
- 3. Drizzel butter and garlic over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesian cheese and green onions.
- 4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are slightly browned and tender. Maybe some catsup on the side... or scrambled eggs and bacon, for breakfast.
