- Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Using a fork, mash the cheese while gradually pouring in the milk to make a smooth mixture. Stir in garlic salt to taste.

Steps:
- Put cream cheese and Ro*Tel tomatoes in a crock-pot on high cover with lid.
- Then put sausage in a skillet and cook until done. Drain some of the grease, then put sausage in the crock-pot in stir all together.
- When cream cheese melts turn crock-pot down on low! Then serve with chips!
