PAN DE ELOTE FACIL (EASY CORN BREAD)

Pan de Elote Facil (Easy Corn Bread) image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine corn, milk, butter, sugar, and eggs in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl; stir in pancake mix until batter is well blended. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

Steps:

  • Calienta el horno a 400°F.
  • Prepara y hornea las albóndigas de la receta fácil y básica como se indica.
  • Combina los frijoles, los tomates y los condimentos; ponlos en un molde para hornear cuadrado de 8 pulgs. que hayas rociado con aceite en aerosol.
  • Corta 12 albóndigas por la mitad; colócalas boca abajo sobre la preparación de frijoles. Espolvoréalas con 1/2 taza de queso. (Ver consejo para saber qué hacer con las albóndigas restantes).
  • Prepara el batido para los muffins de elote siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete; viértelo sobre el queso utilizando una cuchara.
  • Hornea el platillo 25 min. Espolvoréalo con el resto del queso; hornéalo 5 min. o hasta que se derrita el queso.
