PAN-FRIED HONEY-GARLIC FROZEN SALMON
Surprise--you don't need to thaw those frozen salmon fillets from the supermarket before cooking them. That's right: Simply add the fish to a preheated skillet and cook away, then make a simple sweet and savory sauce from garlic, honey, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar for drizzling. Trust us, this recipe will convince even non-seafood lovers that salmon is their new favorite dish.

Steps:
- Rinse the salmon under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side up in the skillet, leaving room in between. Cook until the salmon is browned on the first side, about 4 minutes.
- Flip the salmon with a spatula and season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook until the salmon is opaque throughout and flakes easily when you insert a paring knife between the layers, 7 to 9 minutes. Transfer the salmon to a plate.
- Reduce the heat to low. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring, until golden brown, about 30 seconds. Add the honey, soy sauce and vinegar and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Return the salmon to the skillet and turn to coat in the sauce. Serve the salmon drizzled with the sauce.

Steps:
- For the tzatziki: Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, basil, chives, tarragon, vinegar, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until the herbs are finely chopped and the sauce is pale green. Scrape the sauce into a bowl.
- Coarsely grate the cucumber using the large holes of a box grater onto a paper-towel-lined-plate; pat dry. Mix the cucumber into the tzatziki. Add salt and pepper to taste. The tzatziki can be made 4 hours ahead, covered and chilled, and stirred before serving.
- For the salmon: Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Cook the salmon, skinned-side-up, until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Flip the fish using a fish spatula and cook for 2 minutes for medium doneness.
- Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled with the tzatziki. To serve chilled, cool, cover, and chill up to 1 day.

PAN-FRIED SALMON RECIPE BY TASTY
One of the fastest, easiest ways to cook salmon is to simply fry it in a pan for a few minutes. All you need is a skinless salmon filet, your seasoning of choice, and some olive oil. After heating the oil, place the filet in a pan and watch the color change to a lighter pink until it's fully cooked. Garnish with lemon and thyme and pair with your favorite vegetable side for a delicious and healthy dinner.
