PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE CRUMBLE
Fresh peaches (you can use frozen, too!), cream cheese and sugar cookie mix make this stellar new dessert oh-so-easy to make and even better to eat.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir together cookie mix and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
- In large bowl, toss peaches with remaining 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Distribute peaches evenly in baking dish. Spoon tablespoonfuls cream cheese mixture randomly over peaches. Sprinkle with cookie mixture.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until crumble topping is golden brown. Serve warm. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cobbler.

Fastest one pan, oven baked dessert I have ever made! Kids and adults alike will eat this cold or hot - just give 'em a spoon! (Or perhaps a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top too!). White cake mix can be used in place of yellow.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Pour canned peaches into a 9x13 inch baking pan; make sure juices cover peaches, if not add a small amount of water to just cover fruit. Mix peaches with 1/2 cup of the sugar and sprinkle cinnamon to taste into mixture.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over top of peach mixture. Poke holes into cake mix to allow juice through. Cut stick of margarine into small pats, placing randomly over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar and a light dusting of cinnamon.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the juice mixture is bubbly and the top of the cake mix topping is crusty and golden brown.

- In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour (mixture will be crumbly). Stir in walnuts. Press into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. - Preheat oven to 350°F For the Crust, mix oats, 1 1/3 cups flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and apple pie spice in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Reserve remaining mixture for topping.
- For the Filling, mix peaches, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon and apple pie spice in medium bowl. Add peaches; toss to coat. Layer over bottom crust.
