A peaches and cream pie served with a raspberry sauce. For special occasions, garnish with fresh mint leaves. Quick and easy to make and very yummy as well!!

Steps:

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Spread onto bottom of baked pie shell. Chill several hours or overnight.
Before serving, top cream cheese layer with drained peach slices. Mix raspberry preserves with lemon juice until well combined. Spoon over peaches. Garnish with mint sprigs.

Peaches and yogurt that look like eggs sunny-side up! My 10 yr old saw this idea on a children's TV show and used to surprise her younger sisters; it was a big hit. It would be a great afterschool snack or quick breakfast for slumber parties.

Open can of sliced peaches and separate peaches from syrup.
Next in a large bowl mix cake mix and syrup from peaches. When will blended pour mixture into a large baking dish.
Take randomly place peach slices into the cake mixture. Slice butter in small slices and place randomly over the top. Sprinkle cinnamon all over the top.
Bake as you would normally bake a cake, according to box.
