PEANUT BUTTER HONEYBEES

Steps:
- In a small bowl, cream the peanut butter, butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in crumbs. , Shape a teaspoonful of dough into 1-1/2-in. ovals; place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted. Let stand for 5 minutes. , Transfer melted chocolate to a resealable plastic bag; cut a very small hole in corner in bag. Pipe three stripes on each bee. Insert two almonds into each bee for wings. Use a toothpick to poke holes for eyes. Store in the refrigerator.

BUMBLE BEES
Fun to make and eat! A great protein-filled nutritious snack for kids. Easy to make; fun for the kids to help. My 5 y/o loves them. This recipe is courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens "Kids Snacks" cookbook, 1985. ***Do not feed honey to anyone under the age of 1 years old, due to the possibility of an allergic reaction.

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, mix peanut butter and honey.
- Stir in dry milk powder, sesame seed and wheat germ; mix well.
- Lay wax paper on a cookie sheet.
- Using a teaspoon, shape and scoop up 1 tsp of peanut butter mixture into oval shapes, to look like bees.; place on cookie sheet.
- Dip a toothpick into cocoa; press gently across bees to make the stripes.
- Stick 2 almonds slices into each side, for wings.
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

A PEANUT PICNIC
Steps:
- Burger Buns: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cookie mix, eggs, oil, and water and mix well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking rack. Burger Topping: Combine coconut and food coloring to make "lettuce" for burgers. Burger Filling: In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Add sugar, cocoa, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Frost bottom of half of the cookie "bun" and sprinkle with coconut "lettuce" topping. Top burger with other half of cookie and gently squeeze the burger together. Let cool. Peanutty Fries: In a double boiler, melt chips with milk. Stir until smooth. Line 9-inch baking pan with foil. Grease and pour into pan. Spread smooth and let cool. Flip over and remove foil. Let cool until dry. Cut into strips with knife or pizza cutter. Add red gel "ketchup" to fries. Serve "burgers" with "fries" and garnish with Peanut Butter Bumble Bees.

Steps:
- Beat butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add cracker crumbs; mix well.
- Shape tablespoonful of butter mixture into 1-inch oval to resemble body of bumble bee. Repeat with remaining butter mixture for additional "bees."
- Melt chocolate as directed on package. Drizzle in lines on top of bees to resemble bees' stripes. Insert almonds into both sides of each body for "wings." Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
