PEANUT BUTTER QUESADILLAS

My children love this delicious change from the average peanut butter sandwich. Even the grown ups love them!!

Peanut Butter Quesadillas image

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Spread one side of the tortilla with peanut butter. Fold tortilla in half so that the peanut butter is on the inside. Place folded tortilla in the skillet, and heat 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Slice into wedges, and dip in the jelly to serve.

Steps:

  • Spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter evenly over each tortilla. Keep the peanut butter slightly away from the edges of the tortilla or it will drip out in the oven.
  • Fold both sides of one tortilla slightly over. Roll the tortilla up from the bottom side until complete, like a tube. Repeat for each tortilla.
  • Place tortillas on a baking sheet in a toaster oven.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for five minutes.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over fajitas, if desired.
