- In a deep skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove to a paper towel to drain, then chop.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Cook until no longer pink inside.
- Add the garlic and cook until softened.
- Add spinach and tomatoes and cook until the spinach is wilted.
- Add the cream, Parmesan, an red pepper flakes and bring to a boil.
- Add the penne and bacon, and stir until fully coated in sauce.
- Serve with parsley, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes, if desired.

- Sprinkle chicken w/ salt & pepper. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink inside, about 5 min per side. Remove chicken from pan. Cook pasta, drain, keep warm. Heat oil in skillet, place over medium heat. Cook zucchini, mushrooms and garlic for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add veggies to pasta. In small bowl, whisk together broth and flour until smooth. Add flour mix to skillet. Add cream cheese to skillet and whisk until smooth. Cook 1 min. Stir in dried tomatoes. Add mix to pasta and veggies. Sprinkle w/ parsley and cheese.

- In large pot of boiling water, cook garlic 3 minutes, until softened.
- With slotted spoon, remove garlic from water.
- Mince garlic; set aside.
- In same pot of boiling water, cook broccoli 3 minutes, until bright green and just softened.
- With slotted spoon, remove broccoli from water; set aside.
- In same pot of boiling water, cook penne 8-10 minutes, until tender.
- Drain, discarding liquid; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, with wire whisk, combine milk and flour, blending until flour is dissolved.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk, 4 minutes, until mixture is bubbling and thickened; stir in minced garlic.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, pepper and salt to milk mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until cheeses are melted.
- Stir in cooked broccoli and penne; cook, stirring frequently, just until heated through.
