  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly into bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan or 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
  • BEAT cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and pudding mix until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan.
  • CHILL 6 hours or overnight. Garnish as desired.

1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

PINEAPPLE BLUEBERRY DUMP CAKE

For the easiest homemade dessert, a dump cake is your best bet. Simply dump all the ingredients into a baking dish then bake. Boxed cake mix forms the batter so you don't even need to dirty a bowl. Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Pour the blueberry pie filling into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and spread evenly to cover the bottom. Top with the fresh blueberries. Pour the crushed pineapple and its juices over the blueberries and spread to coat. Top evenly with the cake mix. Drizzle the melted butter all over the cake mix, covering as much of the surface as possible. Sprinkle the pecans and almonds on top.
  • Bake until the topping is set and the fruit is bubbling, about 40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

  • Mix eggs, sugar, drained pineapple, and butter.
  • Cook over medium-low heat until thick, stirring occasionally.
  • Cool mixture.
