HEAVENLY PINK SALAD
This salad has been a required dish at Thanksgiving and Xmas for over 25 years at our house. It is our absolute favorite and so easy to fix! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Mix together the cherry pie filling, condensed milk, oranges, pineapple, coconut, marshmallows and whipped topping.
- Chill for several hours and top with crushed pecans if desired.

- 1. Mix Cool Whip, add dry jello and cottage cheese, crushed drained pineapple and pecans.
- 2. Mix well and chill.

Steps:
- Soften gelaten in water. Heat pineapple and sugar together till desolved. Then mix in gelaten, mix well.
- Add both juices to the mix, and cool. Mash cream cheese and cherries together, then add to the cooled mixture.
- Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold into Cool-Whip and let set.
- *********If you like you may want to add chopped nut / mini marshmellos or both.
