IMPOSSIBLY EASY PIZZA BAKE

Craving pizza? Just add milk to Original Bisquick™ mix and you'll make quick work of a pizza bake that's in the oven in less than 20 minutes.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls* evenly in bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).
  • Drizzle about 1 cup pizza sauce over dough. Arrange half of the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, biscuits in center are cooked and cheese in center is bubbly.

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Meanwhile, cut biscuits into quarters; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Drain beef; sprinkle over biscuits. , Layer with pepperoni, mushrooms, pizza sauce, green pepper and onion.   • Brown turkey in a skillet.
  • Quarter biscuits and place evenly in a well greased 13x9 pan.
  • Top with pizza sauce.
  • Drain turkey and spread on top of biscuit mixture.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook meat over medium heat until no longer pink and drain.
  • Cut each biscuit into fourths and lay evenly in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish or 3 quart casserole dish (if I use 3 cans of the smaller biscuits, I only cut each biscuit in half).
  • Top biscuits with pizza sauce.
  • Sprinkle ground beef over the top.
  • Layer with onions, peppers, pepperoni slices and cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted.
  • Let stand about 10 minutes for easier serving.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, very warm water and olive oil until Bisquick mix is moistened. Let stand 15 minutes.
  • Knead dough slightly to form ball. Divide dough into 8 parts. Flatten and use rolling pin to roll each into circle about 1/8-inch thick. Place circles on cookie sheet.
  • Top each with 1 tablespoon marinara sauce, 1 pepperoni slice and 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold over, and pinch edges to seal.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
