- Preheat oven to 375°. Separate tubes of dough into 8 rolls each; halve the rolls. Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. , Spoon pizza sauce into each cup. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper, pepperoni and cheese. Bake until the crusts are browned and cheese is melted, 15-18 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Divide into 12 portions; press each onto the bottom and up sides of a greased muffin cup. Add cheese to centers., Bake until meat is cooked through, 15-18 minutes. If desired, top with additional sauce and basil before serving. Freeze option: Freeze cooled meat loaves in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Microwave, covered, on high in a microwave-safe dish until heated through.

- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in water and oil until combined. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Gently form into a ball. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough in half. On parchment, roll each half into a 10-in. circle. Transfer (leaving dough on parchment) to a 12-in. pizza pan. , Preheat oven to 425°. Combine sauce ingredients; spread over pizzas. Top with pepperoni, green pepper, onion and cheese. If desired, sprinkle with additional dried basil and oregano. Bake on a low oven rack, one at a time, until bottom of crust is golden and cheese is lightly browned, 15-20 minutes. Cut into squares.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 18 muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In 10-inch skillet, brown beef with pizza seasoning and salt over medium-high heat until beef is browned; drain. Return beef to skillet; stir in pizza sauce.
- Place 1 wonton skin in each muffin cup. Divide half of ground beef evenly among muffin cups. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese. Repeat layers starting with second wonton skin.
- Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 375º. In a large skillet, cook green pepper and mushrooms in oil over medium-high heat until tender, 6-8 minutes. Pour in pizza sauce and stir to combine. Set aside. , Without separating rolls, cut package in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves on a greased baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce mixture and layer with pepperoni, olives and mozzarella; replace top halves of rolls. Brush dressing over rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan. , Bake, uncovered, until rolls are heated through and mozzarella is melted, 12-15 minutes. Cover with foil if top browns too quickly.
