  • Preheat oven to 350.

  • Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • In a glass dish, coat the pork chops with the Ranch Dressing and allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • In a separate shallow dish, mix the remaining ingredients.

My husband normally doesn't like pork chops, but this is the only recipe in which he will eat and enjoy them. If you refrigerate the chops an hour or two before baking, the coating will end up a bit more crispy on top. But, if you are pressed for time like me, just spray the tops with cooking spray and broil until crispy after they have baked.
