Reindeer Snack Mix Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250°. Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. In a microwave, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients. Drizzle over snack mixture; toss to combine. Transfer to an ungreased 15x10x1-in. pan., Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

• Cover a large area of counter space with waxed paper and tape it down.
• Mix pretzels, corn cereal squares, peanuts, and candy-coated milk chocolate pieces together in a large bowl.
• Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour melted white chocolate over pretzel mixture; stir to evenly coat. Quickly transfer mixture to the prepared waxed paper and spread in a thin layer; cool completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

• Spread a large sheet of wax paper over counter top.
• Melt white chocolate squares in microwave.
• Pour melted chocolate over mixture.
• Mix together very fast.
• Spread evenly over wax paper and let dry, then break apart and you have a great choc snack !

• Combine sugar and cocoa powder in 2-gal. resealable plastic bag.
• Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add cereal; toss until evenly coated. Add to sugar mixture in bag; close bag. Shake gently to evenly coat cereal mixture with sugar mixture.
• Add pretzels; shake gently. Repeat with nuts, candy-coated chocolate pieces and sprinkles.

• Place butter, chili powder and garlic in 3-quart microwavable casserole or bowl. Microwave uncovered on High about 1 minute or until butter is melted; stir. Stir in popcorn, snacks, pretzels and cereal. Toss until well coated. Microwave uncovered 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until toasted; cool.
