A wonderful Thanksgiving dinner side dish that sounds like a dessert.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread pineapple in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, stir together the sugar, flour and cheese. Add to casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crackers over the top of pineapple and cheese mixture. Pour melted butter over the top and bake for 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350*. Spray medium sized casserole dish with non-stick spray. Drain pineapple juice reserving 6 tablespoons.
- In large bowl mix together sugar and flour. Add the cheese and pineapple chunks. Stir until blended. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- In medium frypan melt butter; add cracker crumbs and reserved juice. Stir until blended.
- Spread crumbs over top of casserole dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 mintues. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserve 6 Tablespoons of the pineapple juice.
- In a seperate bowl combine sugar and flour, stir in the juice you have reserved. Then add cheese and pineapple. Mix togther well.
- Note: I sometimes will add more cheese and even another can of drained pineapple to make a larger portion. Spoon into greased baking dish.
- Topping: Combine melted butter with crushed cracker crumbs, sprinkle on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is browned. I will sometimes add more crushed crackers and butter to cover the top all the way.
