Steps:

Drizzle olive oil on each side of the fillets. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Put in broiler for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Once cooked, squeeze lemon over, to taste.

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine butter, salt, vanilla, and almond extract. Blend well.
Gradually beat in sugar, then egg.
Stir in flour, pecans, and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonful on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then remove to rack to finish cooling.
