Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
- Mix olive oil and grill seasoning together in a large bowl. Add potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil. Crumple up foil slightly and grease with cooking spray. Arrange potato wedges on the foil so that they are not touching and have enough room to cook.
- Bake in the preheated oven, turning once, until brown and crispy, about 25 minutes.

Here's what you need: russet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, italian seasoning, freshly grated parmesan cheese, top sirloin steaks, fresh parsley, garlic butter

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚F).
- Place potatoes in a single layer onto one of a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan, gently tossing to combine.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp, tossing occasionally.
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper, to taste, and place onto the opposite side of the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Place into oven and broil until the steak is browned and charred at the edges, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Serve immediately with garlic butter, and top with parsley. Enjoy!

- 1. Preheat oven to 450 with a baking sheet inside. Toss together fries, cumin and zest in a bowl. Transfer to hot baking sheet. Bake fries until crisp, according to package directions. For the sauce, heat butter and pepper flakes in large pan over medium. Whisk in masa harina and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thick, 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk in cheese until melted. Season with salt and lime juice. Serve fries with cheese sauce and Texas style chili.
