The best lemon sherbet I've found--so very refreshing! I find that juice from Myer's lemons taste best.

- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into your ice cream maker bowl.
- Follow your ice cream maker's instructions.
SHERBERT LEMONADE
(LFRV) I'm not huge on juicing because it gets rid of the fiber and changes the natural balance BUT this is amazingly delicious. This makes one serving - I personally triple the recipe to use the whole lemon & so cleaning the juicer is worth it :). - Mix Lemonade in very large punch bowl.
- Add soda and frozen fruit.
- Open sherbet and dump the entire package of it into punch (it will float on the top).
- Due to the frozen fruit and Sherbet, there is really no need for ice until later, or unless it it very hot.

- In a large saucepan, combine milk and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture reaches 175°. Refrigerate until chilled. , Stir in the lime juice, zest and food coloring if desired. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. , Transfer sherbet to a 2-1/2-qt. freezer container. Allow to soften slightly; fold in whipped topping. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

- With a skimmer drain and take out the fruit into a colander. Add the sugar into the fruit water along with slice of lemon and continue to cook until sugar dissolve for about 5 more minutes on low heat
- The remaining pulp of the fruits will still have some juice left. So drain that valuable juice as much as you can, helping by pressing with a back of a wooden spoon and add the juice back to the pan.
