Garlic Shrimp Pasta Bake image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp, 2 tablespoons parsley, and dill. Cook and stir, flipping shrimp halfway, until pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Move shrimp to a plate and set aside.
  • Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the skillet, stirring into the shrimp juices. Add flour; whisk until fully combined and starting to turn golden, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add chicken broth and milk in that order; whisk to combine. Stir in tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Bring sauce to a simmer.
  • Stir 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and Romano cheese into the sauce until cheeses begin to melt and sauce is creamy. Add 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese. Mix in about 1/2 the cooked penne to start; add more if there is enough sauce to coat. Add the shrimp and stir to combine. Top with the remaining parsley, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  • Bake in the preheated oven and bake until top is golden and sauce bubbles around the edges of the skillet, 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a 12 by 8-inch pan or glass dish with butter.
  • Combine the eggs, half-and-half, yogurt, Swiss and feta cheeses, parsley, basil, and oregano in a large bowl, mixing until thoroughly blended.
  • Spread 1/2 of the cooked pasta evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Cover the pasta with the salsa.
  • Add 1/2 of the shrimp and then cover it with Monterey Jack.
  • Add the remaining pasta and shrimp.
  • Spread the egg mixture over top of the casserole.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Generously grease the bottom and sides of a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish with butter.
  • Spread the rotini in an even layer in the bottom of the prepared dish. Scatter the shrimp over top and dot with the cubes of butter. Pour in the broth, then sprinkle with the red pepper flakes, garlic, lemon zest, 2 teaspoons salt and some black pepper.   • Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
  • Heat oil in saucepan, add onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, sauce, salt, red pepper, black pepper and basil.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
  • Cook Penne pasta for 9 minutes, drain and add to prepared baking dish.
  • In separate saucepan, melt butter, add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni as label directs. In skillet, saute bacon until quite crips. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic. Saute until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and salt. Heat through. Combine sauce mixture, macaroni and shrimp and pour into 9X13 casserole. (Casserole can be prepared ahead at this point). To serve, combine bread cubes, melted margarine and 1/2 C. parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Spread bread cubes on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and top is browned. (If casserole was prepared earlier and refrigerated, heat covered to 30 minutes, then cover with bread topping and bake an additional 20-30 minutes.)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a very large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes, or until translucent. Add the shrimp, corn, okra, salt, and Cajun seasoning.
