Steps:

• Combine melted butter and dry cake mix.
• Reserve 1 1/2 cups of this topping for top crust.
• Put remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 9x13 cake pan.
• Top that layer with combined peanut butter and marshmallow cream and spread evenly.
• Crumble remaining mixture over that and gently press into filling.
• Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
• Cool.

Steps:

• Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
• Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. When the oil is hot and the butter has melted, add the garlic, poblanos, onions and jalapenos, then stir to combine. Add the sausage meat and season with the salt and pepper. Cook the sausage, crumbling it as you go, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
• Add the enchilada sauce, salsa verde and green chiles with their liquid. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, to thicken and develop the flavors. Stir in the lime juice. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
• Serve alongside the rice and garnish with the sour cream, radish, cilantro and hot sauce.

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend cake mix and margarine. Remove 1/2 cup cake mixture from mixing bowl and set aside for topping. Place remaining mixture in a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Mix peanut butter and marshmallow creme together spread onto crumb mixture. Sprinkle reserved cake mix over all. • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter and milk. Spread half the mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. In a small bowl, combine marshmallow creme and peanut butter; carefully spread over cake mixture to within 1 in. of edge. , Drop remaining cake mixture by teaspoonfuls over marshmallow mixture. Bake at 350° for 20-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
