Steps:
- For the spicy chips: Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Spray the tortilla chips with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with the chili-lime powder and toss to combine. Transfer the chips to a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes.
- For the hot dogs: Heat a medium, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until all the fat has rendered, about 5 minutes. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for 30 seconds and turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and set aside.
- Using the same pan, cook the hot dogs over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and wrap tightly with aluminum foil to keep warm.
- To assemble each hot dog, spread some mayonnaise on each bun. Put a hot dog in each bun, top with the onion mixture and crumbled Spicy Chips and serve with ketchup and mustard.

SPICY, SAUCY HOT DOGS!
I make these all the time...whenever I feel like it! Right now I'm on Weight Watchers and a DOUBLE hot dog with this sauce is a mere 9 points! (I looked it up, don't worry.) I use fat-free turkey links, but they're from Ballpark, so they taste like the real deal, and low-fat potato rolls. The sauce is nothing more than...well, you'll find out! Whenever you want to jazz up a hot dog, make these. They're great cold, too.

Steps:
- Take your buns and spread a little margarine on them. Toast them if you'd like.
- Spread the spices on them, mixing to make sure they have a nice, red coloring!
- Take your hot dogs and make sure they're thawed out. Cut a small cross in the ends of each hot dog and small slices in the middle, but DON'T CUT THROUGH! This will make your hot dogs plump up even more and curl up!
- Grill your hot dogs outside or in -- I have a George Foreman Grill that I love to use when it's rainy. Make sure they've got lots of yummy grill marks!
- Set your hot dogs in the buns when they're finished, two in each bun, and enjoy!

MOM'S SPICY HOT DOG SAUCE (CROCK POT)
My mother-in-law gave me this recipe. We absolutely love it! I cook it for several hours in the crock pot, and I usually double or even triple it, because my family loves having the leftovers!

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in your crock pot.
- Allow to cook at least 8 hours on low (in the older Crockpots -- the newer ones sometimes seem to cook too high). I usually cook mine overnight, then even allow it to cook part of the day before turning it to warm.
- ***It can also be cooked on the stove, if you need it to get done sooner. In this case, you may want to leave the water out.
- Enjoy on hot dogs (or "saucedogs" for my daughter who doesn't like hotdogs, and only eats sauce on a bun LOL) or use as a sloppy joe filling!
