Steps:

  • 1. Prepare rice and keep warm 2. Cube Ahi 3. Mix mayo, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, and tobiko. 3. To serve, add some sauce to a serving of ahi (4-6 oz of fish). Mix well. I like a lot of sauce. Lay that spicy ahi on about a cup of Japanese rice. Top with sesame seeds, onion, green onion, and avocado to taste.

2 lbs Ahi Tuna (sushi grade)
6 T Japanese mayo (I use kewpie)
3 T Sriracha sauce
3 T Asian sweet chili sauce (I use Trader Joes)
3 t Sesame oil
2-3 T Tobiko or Masago
White sesame seeds
Black sesame seeds
1/4 Yellow onion (sliced very thin)
2 Green onions (sliced very thin)
1-3 Avocado (cubed)
Prepared Japanese white rice
