My husband loves Wingers Sticky Fingers. I found this recipe on the internet, and they really do taste the same, and are so easy to make!

Steps:

  • Cook chicken as directed.
  • Combine all other ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  • Toss chicken in the sauce.
  • Spread chicken on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes.
  • The longer it cooks the stickier they become.

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons hot sauce (adjust to personal taste)
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
12 -16 ounces breaded chicken tenders (the good ones)

This is my own version of a recipe I had found on a magazine a couple of summers ago,sorry I forgot what it was.

Steps:

  • Spoon the worcestershire sauce, orange juice, mutard and honey together in a bowl, and stir them until they are evenly mixed.
  • Then brush all over chicken pieces.
  • Lay the chicken on the BBQ and cook for 30 minutes turning and basting occasionally with the glaze.

Steps:

  • Prepare the chicken strips as directed on the back of the package.
  • Heat hot sauce, water and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour sauce over cooked chicken and serve warm.
  • We like to dip these sticky fingers in ranch dressing - optional.

I wanted to make some sticky buns, but wanted to make an easy recipe and came up w/ this. Dole out the napkins for these sticky favorites.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. In small pan, combine 3 tbsp butter, corn syrup and 1/4 cup brown sugar over low heat. Stir until butter is melted.
  • Pour butter mix into 9" pie pan, totally covering bottom of pan. Place pecan halves, flat side down over syrup mix. Melt remaining butter in pan.
  • Unroll dough on lightly floured surface, brush w/ melted butter. Sprinkle w/ remaining brown sugar and the cinnamon. Starting at wide end, roll dough up jelly roll style. Cut dough into 8 slices. Arrange, cut side up in pan. Bake 20 mins or until golden. Invert onto plate and serve.

  • Prepare the chicken strips according to package directions. I like to fry mine in vegetable oil. If you want to use this method, this is how I do it: fill a pot with oil about 2 inches deep. Heat oil to 375°F. Add half of the chicken strips to the oil and fry for 7 minutes. Use kitchen tongs to transfer the chicken strips to a paper towel lined plate. Fry the other half of the chicken strips.
  • Once the chicken strips have been fried/baked or prepared how you wish, transfer the chicken to a large bowl. Drizzle the sauce overtop of the chicken and toss to coat. Serve warm with a side of ranch dressing.
  • In a small saucepan add the hot sauce, brown sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the brown sugar dissolves. The mixture should come to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat.

  • Preheat oven to 425 and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Slice chicken breasts into strips. Add chicken strips and flour to a large ziplock bag. Seal and toss to coat chicken in flour.
  • Place panko crumbs in a bowl. In another bowl whisk together eggs and water. Dip flour-coated chicken strips into egg mixture, then toss in panko crumbs to coat.
  • Place coated chicken pieces on greased baking sheet and spray heavily with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add brown sugar and hot sauce and stir over medium-high heat until melted and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder and water until smooth.
