You basically toss all the ingredients into the blender, turn it on at a high-speed (obviously with the cover on), and wait 20-30 seconds before turning off. That's it. Having packaged frozen berries on hand makes it super easy so you don't have to cut and freeze the fresh berries. The blender clean up will probably take longer than making this delicious smoothie.
