Strawberry Lemonade Brownies Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
• In a medium bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil until well combined.
• In another medium bowl, mix lemon cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil until well combined.
• Drop by spoonfuls into baking pan.
• Press batter until even with hand.
• Bake for 25-30 minute or until just set (DO NOT OVER COOK).
• In a small bowl, add lemon juice to powdered sugar to make glaze. It should be thick, yet pourable. Add more sugar or lemon juice to achieve desired consistency.
• Pour glaze over brownies while still hot; evenly to all sides.
• Let cool completely before cutting and serving.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 325°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray or shortening.
• In medium bowl, beat brownie mix, water, oil and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. Add strawberries; beat 2 minutes longer. Stir in pecans, almonds and coconut. Spread batter in pan.
• Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center and 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting uncovered on High about 15 seconds or until frosting can be stirred smooth. Spread or drizzle frosting over brownies.
