STRAWBERRY SPARKLES
Dip strawberries in a yummy cream cheese dip then roll in colored sugar to make a sparkly rainbow of strawberry gems!

Steps:
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla with a fork until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if necessary to thin mixture to the right consistency.
- Holding berries by the stems or with a fork dip in the cream cheese mixture then roll in colored sugar.
- Enjoy right away, or make a rainbow of different colors and serve to a special child (and their friends!).

- Puree the strawberries, sugar and (2 Tbsp.) water together in a blender or food processor until pureed. Remove and strain through a fine-mesh strainer if desired, or you can leave the seeds and pulp in.
- In a separate bowl or pan, stir together the boiling water and (1/2 cup) sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the lemon juice and strawberry mixture until well combined, then stir in the sparkling water or club soda. Serve over ice.
